Today is my second week of eating low carb. I’ve not done perfectly but I’m down over 3 lbs and am ready to lose more. Here’s my dinner menus for the week.
Monday is always meatless monday. Asparagus quiche…recipe to come!
Tuesday Chicken Paprika in the crock pot, salad, corn on the cob for the kids. We are always on the go on Tuesday. Our crock pot saves our day!
Wednesday Morrocan Vegetable Soup recipe to come.
Thursday Hamburgers (mine wrapped in lettuce), french fries for the kids, green beans for me
Friday Low carb pizza for me, regular pizza for the kids. I’m not ready to try to make them eat low carb. I will probably make their pizzas on tortillas and let them top them themselves. It’s their own little mini pizza. They love that!
