This was supposed to be up yesterday…who was supposed to remind me that forgot? You’re fired. LOL So sorry I forgot. Here’s what we are eating this week.
Monday (Meatless) Potato Soup I made a huge batch of this last night thinking I would have left overs. I never do. Why do I think that? My boys eat a lot! I guess I can say it was a hit.
Tuesday Taco Pie I saw this recipe online and I have crescent rolls I need to use up. This is a perfect way! I’ll pair it with homemade guacamole.
Wednesday Stir Fry Chicken and rice with mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, etc. Yummo!
Thursday Baked Chicken, roasted veggies, salad
Friday Either homemade pizza or if it’s a crazy busy week I may just pick one up at Aldi (they’re take and bake pizzas are awesome!) or grab a Papa Murphy’s! We love Papa Murphy’s chicago style pizza.
