Time to plan out our meals for the week! What wonderful things have you been creating in your kitchen? Lately my daughter has been helping me nightly with dinner. I’m so thankful she loves to help me cook. I didn’t use to want her in the kitchen. I was so caught up in the I can do it myself so much faster. You know, she is a huge help in the kitchen. Many times I’ve thought I need an extra pair of hands and now I have them. Here she is helping me make potato soup and butter!
Let your kids help in the kitchen. They learn so much and you do too. It’s a win/win for the family. We are making memories that will last a life time.

Monday Big salad with hard boiled eggs, lots of veggies and yummy goodness (meatless monday!)
Tuesday Chicken and rice soup (made too much rice with dinner last week, gotta use it up! and I am out of chicken broth) and no knead bread
Wednesday Baked chicken, roasted butternut squash, steamed broccoli
Thursday Homemade pizza
Friday Spaghetti with ground turkey and whole wheat pasta
