I’ve bought my groceries for the week. Now to figure out what all I’m going to make!

Monday is usually meatless. So tonight I think I’ll do Pasta Alfredo with peppers, onions, garlic, and zuchinni

Tuesday Sweet and sour chicken with rice

Wednesday Ground turkey and potatoes (like hamburger helper but healthier)
I brown ground turkey, wash and cut potatoes into thin slices, cook 1/2 sweet onion and 2 cloves garlic then add ground turkey and cook, add this and a can of cream of mushroom soup and a bag of frozen peas. Bake all ingredients together in the oven for 30 minutes on 350. YUMMY and much less sodium then the other version.

Thursday Hamburgers and baked french fries

Friday Homemade pizza Chicago style…will take pics and post next week!
