Menu Monday


Ok, so yes we’re still at the beach. But I’ve cooked all our meals but 2 so far. Here’s what we’ve had this week.

Tacos (brown ground turkey, add leftover rice, a can of black beans and cooked til warm. Then add 1/2 cup salsa, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder) Eat with shells.

BBQ pork sandwiches Cook pork tenderloin in crockpot til it falls apart. Add 1 cup bbq sauce and shred. Put on buns, eat with baked beans and salad.

BLT’s Cook turkey bacon in oven for 2o minutes, cut up tomato, add lettuce and toasted whole grain bread. Eat and enjoy!

Pizza Pasta Bake Cook egg noodles, put in baking dish. Add pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzerella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes til the cheese is bubbly.

Pork Tenderloin steaks fried in a pan with 2 tbs olive oil. Eat with german potato salad and green beans.

What have you been eating this week? We are trying to cut back on meat and a lot of times we have no meat for breakfast and lunch. But it’s hard to get away from it at dinner! What’s on your menu?
