So it’s that day again. The day when I must sit down and plan what we are going to eat. We have unusual plans this weekend so this week will stop at Thursday. We will be eating at home every meal and it’s me and 3 kids on spring break. Woot. Here’s our meals.
Monday Lunch fend for yourselves Meatless Monday Vegetable Soup, biscuits
Tuesday Lunch Eat roast or chili out of fridge Dinner Baked BBQ Chicken legs, salad, corn
Wednesday Lunch Eat spare ribs leftovers Dinner Crockpot Pork Roast, green beans from last years garden, broccoli
Thursday Lunch Sandwiches Dinner Spaghetti, salad, corn, bread
The other days we’ll be hanging with friends and having fun with family. Woot. I’m so grateful for Spring Break. My kids played flashlight tag at 8 pm last night in ackets. Thank you for warmer weather! What’s on your menu this week?
