This one little thing I do all week helps keep me on track so much. Even if no one reads this it helps me to know what I’m making all week. Here’s my list of meals.
Monday~Meatless Monday Cranberry Spinach Salad, apples with peanut butter
Tuesday~Shrimp fried rice with mixed veggies
Wednesday~Sticky chicken in the crockpot, roasted asparagus, corn
Thursday~Spaghetti with ground turkey red sauce, broccoli, toasted bread
Friday~Polish Sausage, Cabbage and Potatoes
Saturday~Hamburgers grilled, french fries, fruit salad
Sunday~ Tacos, guacamole, chips and salsa
