I began a low carb diet in the last week. I’m already down 3 pounds! Woot. So this week my menus may be a bit different then normal. But here they are!
Monday- Meatless Monday So we will be having a large salad with spinach, hard boiled eggs, broccoli, reduced fat cheese and a vinaigrette Yum!
Tuesday Sloppy Joes with buns for the kids and sloppy joes in a pepper for me and my hubby!
Wednesday Grilled Chicken, roasted asparagus and mac n cheese for those kids no mac n cheese for me.
Thursday Leftover Easter Ham that I had frozen, broccoli salad, applesauce for the kids!
Friday Homemade Pizza for the family and a low carb pizza for me. (recipe to come).
