Well it’s that time of the week again. Time for me to plan my week of meals so I don’t resort to eating out when I have no time to cook! Here’s what I’ll be cooking up this week.
Monday: Crock pot Corned Beef, cabbage, potatoes, onions and carrots. YUMMO~ I’ll be posting the recipe later. It goes great with my irish soda bread.
Tuesday: Vegetable Soup and garlic bread
Wednesday: Hamburgers and home baked fries.
Thursday: Baked Chicken with homemade mac n cheese and green beans
Friday: Chicken and dumplins, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob.
