Monday Whole Wheat Pasta with a light cream sauce, peppers, onions and kale
Tuesday Baked chicken (spray pan with olive oil, sprinkle, garlic and lemon on chicken) Bake at 375* for 40 minutes and Mediterranean kale
Wednesday Chili (kids will make it chili frito pie) I love to make this in a cast iron skillet it gives it amazing flavor.
Thursday Sandwiches (concert night for my boy!)
Friday Date night (finally we’ve not had one in months!) Might get the kids a cheese pizza, if I’m really industrious I might make it.
