We bought it in another state and it is our beach home. You can not go wrong buying a <a href=\" http:\/\/www.andopportunities.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">nevada short sale<\/a> as long as you know what can happen. Here are some things you have to be aware of.<\/p>\n<p>1. Condition of the home will not be pristine. The owners often times have already left and may have left the home a mess or left lots of stuff behind. More than likely you will have to do some work to get the house ready to move in.<\/p>\n<p>2. Your closing time is determined by the bank not the realtor. You have no control over when you close. It could be in 2 months or it could be in 8 months. It just depends on how quickly the bank is moving. Make sure you have the time before you look at short sales.<\/p>\n<p>3. You will get a great deal. Now is the time to jump on the short sales as they will be a great deal for a house. You can find them thousands of dollars less than the going price of a house. So if you&#8217;re ready to find a gem in the rough look for a short sale house.<\/p>\n<p>We have had our short sale home for over six months now and are so happy. We had to do a lot of work to clean it up and even had to repair some things in the house. But it&#8217;s been so worth it.
