Quiche Recipe<\/p>\n

Prep time: 14 minutes<\/p>\n

Cook time: 45  minutes at 400*<\/p>\n

Ingredients: <\/p>\n

1\/3 Onion chopped<\/p>\n

veggies of choice (I used cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) chopped<\/p>\n

Spinach (I used fresh but you can use canned and drained)<\/p>\n

chicken (previously grilled so using leftovers up is great)<\/p>\n

5 eggs<\/p>\n

1 cup bisquick<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cup DairyPure milk <\/p>\n

1\/2 cup mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n

salt and pepper to taste <\/p>\n

Mix eggs, milk and salt and pepper together.  Spray a 9×13 pan with spray oil. Add chicken, veggies and cheese to pan. Pour milk and egg mixture on top. <\/p>\n

Then into the oven it goes. I cooked it for forty five minutes on 400*. It was perfect when it came out. <\/p>\n
