It was so good. I forgot to take pics but here&#8217;s what I did to make this tasty meal.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nred bell pepper<br \/>\nbanana pepper<br \/>\nonion<br \/>\n2 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n1 can diced tomatos<br \/>\n3 chicken thighs (cooked)<br \/>\n2 andouile sausage<br \/>\n1 tsp crushed red pepper<br \/>\n2 tsp italian seasonings<br \/>\n2 tsp cajun spices<br \/>\nrice<\/p>\n<p>Chop the peppers and onions and saute in a skillet for 5 minutes. Grate garlic (or mince fine) and saute for a minute. Add spices, cooked chicken off the bone, diced tomatoes and sausage cook until done. Serve over rice cooked according to directions. I made 3 cups of rice and this recipe fed my family of \u00a05 well. As usual there were no leftovers they ate them all.
