It&#8217;s a Vegetarian Goulash. It was so yummy. Please forgive me I totally spaced on taking pictures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>2 Cans crushed tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 box macaroni pasta<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 head of cabbage<\/p>\n<p>3 garlic cloves<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 chopped onion<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp basil<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp oregano<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp parsley<\/p>\n<p>Grated parm to you liking.<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Mince garlic and chop onion then cook in a skillet with a tbs of olive oil. Cook til they become transparent. Add cabbage (chopped) and a cup of pasta water and cook down. Meanwhile the noodles are boiling. Once the water is cooked down in the cabbage\/onion combo add tomatoes, spices and cooked noodles. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve with grated parmasian cheese! It is sooooooooo good! Enjoy.
