I hate those meals where you mess up every dish in the house to make it. So when I cook I try to mess up only the absolute necessary items. When I made my crockpot chili last night I made it all in the crockpot. I even browned my meat in the crockpot! Here’s the cast of characters.
I used ground turkey, 4 cans chili beans, 1 can crushed and 1 can diced tomatoes cumin and chili powder.
I browned my ground turkey and 3/4 small onion in the crockpot on high for 1 hour.
Then added the 4 cans of beans, 2 cans of tomatoes, 1 tsp cumin and 3 tbs chili powder. Cooked on low 4 hours.
It was so good.
So simple. So quick. So delicious! Enjoy!
I just had gall bladder surgery so this is a mild chili. I miss my spicy food!

I would love to try this, it looks yummy
I have a crock-pot chili recipe too…the only way to make it IMO. 🙂
Sounds good with turkey, mine is with beef but might have to try turkey!
