The Lust Garden Review and #Giveaway

My Lust Garden Review

I think I just relived books I read when I was much younger. I have to say that the Lust Garden was an easy read that I sincerely enjoyed. In this day and age of vampires and werewolves it was so nice to read a story about complicated relationships that didn’t involve shapeshifting! Thank you Billie Jolie for allowing me to read and be transported to a time I had long since forgotten.  There was a touch of a Jackie Collins meets Mary Higgins Clark in this young man’s writing.

As I read this at times it was really amazing for me to remember that a man wrote it. Sexist? Maybe,  but he did such a good job with his words and the scenes played out in my head so very nicely. If I have to say one thing negative, which I guess I don’t, but I’m going too…there was a touch too much sex (ok to be honest we’re talking maybe 6 scenes in 300 pages) but it was m/m, f/f and even m/f, shocking. LOL But the great thing about books is that you can slide over that part and keep on going! If you’re looking for a great read for your day at the beach or a day off without children grab your glass of Riesling and enjoy!  With his mysterious plot that goes on throughout the entire book  it keeps you enthralled trying to figure out just what exactly is going on. It will keep you guessing right up to the end.
Disclaimer: I was given this book for a review and this is my 100% honest opinion. It may and probably will differ from yours! There are affiliate links in this post if you choose to purchase I may be able to buy my kids some paper! 🙂
