I cook in my grandmother’s cast iron skilets all the time. I love them! I have in the past had an anemia problem. I believe that cooking my spaghetti sauce in my cast iron skillet has helped me kick the anemia to the curb. I love cast iron and would love to win this one. Cast iron is the original non stick cookware (in my opinion)!
