Arggg, I’m back from my month at my mom’s house in Florida. We had a great time. We left because of tropical storm Debbie rolling in. The waves there were crazy at the beach. Now it’s time to get back to cooking and cleaning my house! Here’s what we’re eating this week.
Monday Meatloaf made with ground beef and turkey sausage mix, onions, spices. cooked in a ring so it cooks faster. Carrot sticks, green beans.
Tuesday Zucchini Au Gratin, salad, fresh sliced tomato
Wednesday Dinner at Church (yay for not cooking!)
Thursday Baked Chicken, cucumber dill salad, peaches
Friday Taco soup using ground turkey
