Red Gold is making summer grilling fun. First of all they are giving away 1000 aprons until July 23rd. Then they will also give away a grand prize of one of those big green egg grills and a  red gold grilling kit. I made something yummy and fun with my red gold kit. Meatball Burger Recipe

To make this yummy recipe I actually had to grill. I have not been a griller in my life. My husband is so good at it that when I tried we all were just disgusted. But he showed me what to do and I did it. They were such a hit with the family. Here’s the ingredients. 

I mixed up 1 tsp italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 can of red gold tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano and cut up mozzerella cheese with my ground beef. 

 

Then I grilled them on the grill. It wasn’t pretty but it wasn’t burned and they tasted great. 

 

 

Then we added our favorite fixings. This was my hubby’s burger. He loves the salad he makes on top of his burger. 🙂
