I saw this recipe floating around facebook so I had to try it. I have no idea where I saw it to give credit. But it wasn’t hard to do from memory. I make popcorn weekly in my air popper and I know the recipe by heart. But this time you can adapt that recipe and make it in your microwave. Here’s how. 

Grab a pyrex bowl and a microwave safe plate that covers the bowl completely. 

 

 

 

 

 

Add your favorite toppings, butter, cinnamon, etc and enjoy! I found the flavor similar to the air popper. It was a touch chewy but is a great way to pop some popcorn and save money on an air popper should mine break! Try it and let me know if you like it. Thanks for reading!
