I had no idea this great cookie had it’s own day. When I read that it did and it’s today I had to make some for my kids. They love homemade cookies. Since we try to eat kinda healthy…haha. I put oatmeal in them to boost their fiber and just in general make me feel less guilty. ha! I hope you enjoy these as much as my kids will as soon as they get home from school!
