Because I am always a frugal cook after we cut open our pumpkins I always cook the seeds. Eating them has become a family tradition. This year I made some yummy cinnamon sugar pumpkin seeds. It was so easy to do. Here’s the steps.
Sorry I forgot to take more pictures!
Cut the top off the pumpkin.
This will be messy but worth it!
Pull out the seeds and place on a baking sheet lightly coated in butter.
Spread them out over the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and a touch of sugar on them.
Bake at *350 for 10-12 minutes stirring after 5 minutes. They look like this when they’re done.
Yum! Eat and enjoy! Happy October Cooking!
