I made this on Monday of last week and it was a huge hit. It’s a Vegetarian Goulash. It was so yummy. Please forgive me I totally spaced on taking pictures.
Ingredients
2 Cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 box macaroni pasta
1/4 head of cabbage
3 garlic cloves
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
Grated parm to you liking.
Directions:
Mince garlic and chop onion then cook in a skillet with a tbs of olive oil. Cook til they become transparent. Add cabbage (chopped) and a cup of pasta water and cook down. Meanwhile the noodles are boiling. Once the water is cooked down in the cabbage/onion combo add tomatoes, spices and cooked noodles. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve with grated parmasian cheese! It is sooooooooo good! Enjoy. Let me know if you tried it and what you thought!
