Here’s some yummy food we’re eating this week. We typically eat meatless on Mondays. It was cute to see my son looking at his lunch menu and wondering what he was going to eat today since it was meatless Monday. He finally decided he’d have to get a salad and take the chicken off. Don’t you just love it when you think the kids do not pay attention to what you are doing but turns out they are always listening!! 🙂 That made me feel like I was having a good parenting day…for the moment anyway!

That being said it’s new recipe week at my house. Every recipe I try this week will be new to me! I hope I find some new staples. 🙂
