I’ve done really good using up a lot of food these past few weeks. I need to pick up a few staples at the store but we are still using up and cleaning out our pantry right now. Here’s what’s on the menu this week!
Monday We ate out and had fast food! Bad mama! Sometimes you just don’t wanna cook!
Tuesday I’m doing peppers and beef in the crockpot to put over rice. Similar to this recipe.
Wednesday Salsa chicken in crockpot shred and put into taco shells. Serve with black bean and corn salsa.
Thursday Chicken noodle soup (I need to make more chicken broth so I’ll do that before with the chicken and then this after). No knead bread to go with it and my fresh homemade butter! Doh this link goes live at midnight and you can see the easy recipe then.
Friday Buffalo wings, mac n cheese, steamed broccoli.
Whew. What’s on your menu this week? I’m hungry just writing this out.
