Here’s what we are eating for the week! We are still doing our pantry challenge. It’s going on til the 16th of the month. I’ve been getting only the best produce deals at Aldi, milk and bread. It’s so funny because I’m out of so much stuff. It’s beginning to get creative here in this house!
Monday Big Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, hard boiled eggs, peppers, onions, etc)
Tuesday Chicken Fried Rice mushrooms, peppers, onions
Wednesday Taco Soup (because I had leftover taco meat!)
Thursday Oven fried chicken (bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper coated chicken and then baked for 40 minutes on *375.) steamed broccoli baked potato
Friday Beer Battered Fish sandwiches with homemade potato fries
