I have begun keeping a big pitcher of this water in my fridge. I drink it from sun up to sun down. It’s so good for you and it tastes good too. I’m using this now in place of the soda I just had to have before. Here’s the recipe and instructions.
- 1/2 orange sliced
- 1/2 lemon sliced
- 1/2 lime sliced
- 1/2 english cucumber sliced
- slice the ingredients thick and thin. Fill with water and when you've drank it all just continue to refill the pitcher. Do not squeeze the fruits. This allows the slow release of the juices as you drink it. You can drink it for 3 days before you throw it out and start with new fruit. Please keep refrigerated.
- Continue to add water to the pitcher of fruits as you drink it all. After 3 days replace the fruits.
